Welcome to the BlissfulBody.Boutique FAQ! Here, we’ve compiled answers to the most common questions from our customers. If you don’t find what you’re looking for, feel free to reach out to us at info@blissfulbody.boutique.


1. How long will it take to receive my order?

Our average delivery time is 7–10 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships, so you can track your package every step of the way.


2. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship to customers within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.


3. How do I know if my order was placed successfully?

After placing your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. If you didn’t receive it, check your spam folder or contact us to confirm.


4. Can I cancel or modify my order?

Once an order is placed, it’s processed quickly and cannot be changed. If you need to cancel, please reach out as soon as possible, but there’s no guarantee we can cancel an order once it's in processing.


5. How do I make a return?

To initiate a return, please email us at support@blissfulbody.boutique within 14 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.


6. What items are non-returnable?

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale products

  • Gift cards

  • Opened beauty products

  • Customized or personalized items


7. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product or size, you can place a new order and return the original item.


8. My order arrived damaged or defective. What should I do?

We’re so sorry! If your order is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@blissfulbody.boutique with a photo of the issue. We’ll help you get a refund or replacement right away.


9. How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. You can track it directly through the carrier’s website.


10. Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?

We process orders quickly, but if you need to change your shipping address, please email us immediately at support@blissfulbody.boutique. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but we can’t guarantee that the change will be possible once your order is processed.
